Meet Our Team

Our team consists of Sarah and Ralf. Sarah is a Certified Master Trainer, and Ralf is a TWC Certified Professional Dog Trainer. Both have vast experience in training highly reliable dogs and address a broad spectrum of canine behavioral issues. As a result, the service dogs of Total K9 Focus are highly reliable and have one of the lowest wash-out rates in the industry.

Sarah Gill

Sarah Gill is a professional service dog trainer and handler. Sarah entered the world of professional service dog training after being in a car accident. As a result, she was confined to a wheelchair for almost two years trying to maneuver in a house that wasn’t designed for wheelchair usage. She was never expected to walk again. This became a driving force behind pushing herself to defy the odds.

Ralf Weber

TWC Certified Professional Dog Trainer Ralf Weber is the owner and head trainer of Happy Dog Training. Ralf is a long-time dog owner of German Shepherds. During his career, Ralf has worked with over a thousand dogs of many different breeds. Moreover, Ralf has a thorough understanding of all aspects of canine training. Now, together with Sarah, Ralf trains some of the most reliable service dogs in the country.
